What it does
- Reuses TCC's approved Samama sections with the client's facts substituted.
- Drafts the RFP-specific sections: cover letter, executive summary, scope, plan, RACI.
- Finds the gaps: sections with no library text and requirements no section answers, then helps fill them.
- Checks the draft for contradictions: durations, sites, EPS, other clients' names, unselected products.
What it does not do
- Price anything. The BoQ stays with the pricing team.
- Invent people, dates or figures. Unknowns are asked or left highlighted.
- Replace review. Every yellow item is a decision for the team.
